Our team has over 20 years of breeding experience and has spent the last 10 of those years breeding premium warmbloods on site, under the name, Cashel Farms.
With two staff members and our head trainer all living on site, you can be confident that your mare will be under constant supervision and have experienced hands at the ready to assist in the delivery.
Foals who stay until weaning will learn to walk in hand and be introduced to bathing.
Our facility has 3 extra large foaling stalls and a variety of paddock sizes to accommodate your pregnant mare and future foal.
We keep our mare/foal herd sizes small to balance the important need for socialization, with a lower risk of incidents between members of the herd.
Our farm is home to horses of all ages, and a place where foals can be introduced to everything that comes with stable life, while still receiving ample turn out.
Our team recognizes that weaning practices are not one size fits all. While some foals benefit from the "cold turkey" approach, others do better with a slower approach.
The paddocks at our farm are split between two sides of the property. This set up allows us to tailor our weaning program as needed so that your foal can grow to be comfortable in their independence.
